    Kara is still a little insecure in her new role as a superhero. But when the security of National City is at stake, it must remove its doubts and act. Because an inmate is on the run from the Kriptonic prison Fort Rozz. Meanwhile, Cat puts pressure on James, who is supposed to organize an interview with Supergirl through his contacts with Superman.     The stress that surrounds Kara and her additional pent-up anger ensure that she reacts a little violently during a training exercise with a military cyborg. This was invented by Lucy Lane's father, General Sam Lane.     An earthquake hits National City. Kara, who temporarily lost her strength in the battle with Red Tornado, the military cyborg, is now forced to appeal to her inner strength and courage. Meanwhile, Alex is stuck with her boss Hank at DEO headquarters - together with the alien refugee Jemm. Alex's distrust of Hank only increases when he declines her help with Jamm.
