  5. Place the meat slices in the sauce in the blender jug ​​so that they are almost completely covered. Close the lid with the measuring cup inserted and let the meat rest in the sauce for 10 minutes.
  6. Lift the steak slices out of the sauce and arrange on plates. Season the sauce again with salt and pepper and serve with it.
