I am finally upgrading from XP to 7 and the original installation driver failed PC version V but using David’s text above the CyberView software can now “see” and drive the scanner. So i contacted my uncle whose computer was running the old xp and he managed to get the slides converted put them on a flash drive which i took to boots and had the photos printed.
