ACPI driver causes high CPU load
I suggest you to boot the Computer in clean boot State and check which driver is causing the issue. Enable Safe mode with networking. I am not sure whether the sfc or upgrading the graphics drivers fixed it, or both, but I can now run the pc with Win10 and no DPC load.
I would suggest you to troubleshoot the issue in safe ligebook and clean boot. Then click on System and Security. Refer to the methods to resolve the issue.
