I tried to install mai driver from the site and from CD but in both case seems they are not able to identify the device on my board. Is it possible tha my power supply I’m not sure it is working well is not enought powerful to let the network adapter works?

I have the NIC cable plugged into ethegnet router and confirmed that it works, put it in the laptop and I get blinky lights, put back ino the NIC on the motherboard and nothing.

Try uninstalling the nic from device manager and all drivers whilst removing from the system. Already tried latest killer nic drivers from site and msi site along with atheros drivers chip is based on. Search Google, many threads. Sounds hardware to me if it’s not present in a linux distro too. I got to thinking i might need to re-install windows but before I went that route I went into the motherboard BIOS and look at mother layout of the devices.
Only latest linux kernel support e killer adapter.
